WARMED BERRIES WITH HONEY
Ingredients
1cup blueberries,divided
1cup rasberries,divided
1cup blackberries,divided

Combine half cup mix berries and 6 tbsp BEON HONEY WITH CINNAMON in a small saucepan over low heat;cook 8 minutes or until slightly warmed , gently stirring occasiinally. Remove from heat; stir in basil leaves.
Add vanilla extract. Spoon about 1/4 cup of Greek Yogurt into each of 6 small bowls. Top each serving with about 1/4 cup warm berry mixture. Top each serving with 1/4 cup fresh berries and a basil sprig. Serve immediately.
HONEY CHILLI POTATOES
Ingredients
For potato wedges:
2 potato (wedges)
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp corn flour
½ tsp pepper (crushed)
oil for deep frying
2 tsp oil
1 clove garlic (finely chopped)
1 inch ginger (finely chopped)
2 green chilli (slit)
4 tbsp spring onion (chopped)
¼ cup onions (petals)
½ cup capsicum (cubed)
1 tsp chilli sauce
2 tbsp tomato sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp vinegar
¼ tsp salt
1 tbsp corn flour
¼ cup water

Firstly in a large kadai, heat oil and saute garlic, ginger, green chilli and spring onion. Further sauté onions and capsicum on high flame. Now add chilli sauce, tomato sauce, soy sauce, vinegar and salt. Sauté on high flame for 30 seconds.
Now mix 1 tbsp corn flour in ¼ cup water without any lumps. Pour the corn flour mixture and stir continuously till it turns translucent. Turn off the flame. Add BEON NATURAL HONEY and mix well. Further add fried potato and mix gently. Also add spring onions and roasted sesame seeds. mix well. Finally, serve honey chilli potato hot with fried rice or as it is.
PAPAYA & GREEN APPLE SMOOTHIE
Ingredients
2 cups chopped papaya
1 1/2 cups chopped green apple
1/4 cup orange segments
1 cup curd
1 cup ice
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1. In a mixer jar add chopped papaya , green apple and orange
2. Blend this properly
3. Now add curd, vanilla extract and ice.
4. Blend again
5. Take it out in glasses

ALMOND HONEY POWER BARS
Ingredients
1 cup rolled oats
¼ cup slivered almonds
¼ cup sunflower seeds
1 tbsp flaxseeds
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 cup unsweetened whole-grain puffed cereal
⅓ cup chopped dried apricots
⅓ cup chopped golden raisins
¼ cup creamy almond butter
¼ cup BEON NATURAL HONEY
½ tsp vanilla extract

Roast oats, almonds, sunflower seeds, flaxseeds and sesame seeds in a non stick pan on medium to low flame.
Roast till they are aromatic
Transfer to a large bowl. Add cereal, apricots and raisins; toss to combine.
Combine almond butter, BEON NATURAL HONEY, vanilla and salt in a small saucepan. Heat over medium-low, stirring frequently, until the mixture bubbles lightly, 2 to 5 minutes.
Immediately pour the almond butter mixture over the dry ingredients and mix with a spoon or spatula until no dry spots remain.
Transfer to a greased pan.
Lightly coat your hands with oil and press the mixture down firmly to make an even layer (wait until the mixture cools slightly if necessary).
Refrigerate until firm.
FRUIT BALLS IN HONEY GINGER DRESSING
Ingredients:
2 cups papaya balls
1 cup musk melon balls
2 cups watermelon balls
Dressing:
3 tbsp BEON HONEY GINGER
1 tsp lemon juice
¼ tsp pepper powder
Salt to taste

Dressing:
Combine BEON HONEY GINGER, lemon juice, pepper powder and salt in a bowl
Fruit balls:
Scoop out the fruits to form balls
Put these balls in ice cold water for 10 mins
Now drain out the water
Arrange balls carefully in a bowl
Pour the dressing evenly on the balls
Put in the refrigerator

GRILLED PEACHES WITH HONEY CREAM
Ingredients
3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

Dash of kosher salt
4 medium peaches, pitted and halved
⅓ cup plain Greek yogurt

1. Combine melted butter,
1 tbsp BEON HONEY WITH CINNAMON, cardamom, and salt in a medium bowl.
2. Add peaches, and toss to coat. Let stand for 5 minutes.
3. Heat a grill pan over medium heat.
4. Add oil in the pan.
5. Arrange peaches on grill pan; grill 2 minutes on each side or until grill marks appear.
6. Combine yogurt, half-and-half,
